Dagen Personnel was founded by Tiffany Wallace. Tiffany brings with her more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry making this her second successful business to date focusing on client relationships. She has run successful recruiting on-site programs for financial institutions and energy corporations. Tiffany has experience in Admin, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and oil and gas based clients. She is a graduate of Baylor University.

Angie Lawson has accepted the role of Executive Recruiter/HR Consultant for Dagen Personnel located in the Galleria area. She has 20 years of combined human resources and staffing experience; her specialty is in the Oil & Gas sector, as well as Finance & Accounting, Executive Recruiting and Supply Chain Management.

Angie's focus is on direct hire and contract placements, and she does full cycle recruiting. She is highly ethical and has a wealth of experience in behavioral based interviewing. After years working as an HR Business Partner for a leading energy company in Houston, Angie has decided to utilize her HR/employee relations skills and combine them with executive recruiting. She possesses a Business Management degree from LeTourneau University.

Amanda Lynn has been with Dagen Personnel since 2010. She began as a temporary working for our clients but then became a full-time Dagen employee in 2013. Amanda capitalized on her past experiences in payroll and office administration to become our designated payroll and benefits expert! Amanda enjoys working with the contractors, and she does whatever she can to make the process as seamless as possible. She lives and works in Cranford, NJ. She is accessible by phone and e-mail, and she is responsive to all our contractors' and clients' needs. Amanda has a total of over six years in staffing, and we look forward to many more!
