Client Relations Manager
Cathy Merriett has recently joined the Dagen Personnel team as our Client Relations Manager! Cathy is an HR Professional with 20 years of experience specializing in Recruiting, Benefits Administration, and HR Management. She has worked in the Oil and Gas, EPC, Pipeline, and Healthcare industries. Cathy has her PHR as well as an A.A.S. Degree in Business from State University of New York at Canton. With her vast knowledge, background, and experience, she will be a great addition to the Dagen team. Cathy also enjoys working at the Hobby Center in Houston as a Floor Captain and singing with the Praise Team at her church. She and her husband have a son who lives in Houston and a daughter who lives in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Founder and President
Tiffany Wallace has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Her extensive background in recruiting has been focused in the Houston market place within the energy industry. However, Tiffany’s knowledge base crosses many other industry’s due to the years spent building business relationships once Dagen Personnel opened in 2001. Prior to Dagen Personnel Tiffany worked in marketing roles, but once she found the staffing environment she knew that this would be her career. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University. She is an active member of the HAAPC and many energy organizations. Tiffany enjoys playing golf with her son, riding motorcycles with her husband, is active in her local church and believes God does move mountains.
Amanda Lynn has been with Dagen since 2013. Amanda has been a key contributor in setting up an on-line system where candidates can access their paperwork and payroll remotely. She has extensive experience in payroll, accounting, and benefits. Amanda works with our clients to get policies in place for each contractor and to answer any questions they have about invoicing or payments. Amanda is an avid OU fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Angie Lawson has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working in small, midsize and international organizations. Her industry experience includes the energy sector, aeronautics and staffing. In addition to working as a Human Resources Advisor her expertise includes recruitment, benefits administration and compensation. She has a well-rounded background that provides an edge when recruiting top talent. Angie has the ability to communicate with all levels of individuals and she cares about the person and their future. Angie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University. When Angie is not out walking her two puppies she is active in ministry activities, likes to travel and believes in family.
Camille McBride brings more than 25 years of global macro hedge fund experience to Dagen’s financial placement division. Previously serving as the Global Director of Operations for HBK Capital Management, she worked collaboratively across departments and understands what is needed to build strong teams. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University. Camille lives in Dallas with her husband, two cats, and an Australian Shepherd. Her one daughter is enrolled in the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Camille spends her spare time reading books, listening to podcasts, and attending spin class. A lover of animals, she supports Dog and Kitty City, her local no kill shelter.
Laura Bruhn has more than ten years of experience working in both the hedge fund and event planning industries. Before joining the Dagen financial placement division, Laura worked for HBK Capital Management, where she interacted with people from all levels and across all departments. She takes an interest in learning about her candidates to place them in the right company. Her attention to detail and ability to understand the qualities her client is looking for in a candidate make her an excellent resource. Originally from Fort Worth, Laura graduated with her BS in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University. In addition, she's an avid reader, runner, and coffee drinker. She lives in North Texas with her husband, two children, and a dog named Brody.
Jim Mathis has over 25 years of experience working in the mutual fund, banking, hedge fund and financial software industries. He has spent the past 13 years working as a software consultant primarily focused on the hedge fund industry. His diverse and first-hand experience business background provides a unique advantage when trying to fit the right recruit with the right employment opportunity. Jim holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children and spends most of his spare time running his kids from one activity to the next.
