Q: What can you do for me?

We can get your resume in front of the hiring manager. If you apply via a job board, you don’t know where your resume might end up. You don’t know if it will get in front of the hiring manager or not. By going through Dagen, you can rest assured that your resume will go directly to the hiring manager for that job.

Q: Why do you require an in-person interview?

We want to get to know you. We have to know anyone we are going to present to employers. If the employer asks us, “Have you met this person?” we want to be able to say, “Yes.”

Q: Do you offer health benefits?

Yes, we do. While we don’t offer major medical insurance, we do offer some benefits to contractors on long-term contract assignments. This insurance is provided by Essential Staffcare, and it’s specifically for staffing agencies. It includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance policies, as well as long-term disability and short-term disability. You pay for these benefits weekly, and you can cancel them at any time.

Q: Do I have to pay any fees?

No. As a candidate, you do not have to pay any fee. The employers always pay the fee for our services.

Our job is finding the right fit for you. When you submit your resume, it will be reviewed by one of our experienced recruiters. Then we get right to work. First, we will schedule an interview with you to ensure that we understand what you’re looking for in your next career opportunity. Then, we’ll look for the best possible matches. We can also provide coaching to ensure you’re as prepared as possible.
